From the first day of its establishment, Filmar Filter was a corporate company that achieved the development of the quality of its products in parallel to the qualification of its employees, and defended the idea that all employees should be chosen, evaluated and administrated by the principle of equal chance in line with modern life criteria, and with the power and support of its employees; it had the belief that the most important value is human resource itself.
We as Filmar Filter, have created a working environment that constitutes a source of pride for our employees without any racial, ethnical, religious, political, physical or gender segregation. We know that education is like a cresset that sheds light on the way to success. With this principle, and in order to make sure that our employees will be more successful in the work environment, we tend to apply the trainings required for spreading the consciousness that will determine the environmental and socio-economic dimensions like workers health and occupational safety trainings in the first place, orientation training that ensures the rapid execution of the process of adaptation, ongoing training process and the training programs prepared annually in line with the foreseen training needs, and evaluate their results for the benefit of the company. Filmar Filtre uses a suggestion system where the attention is focused on well-advised working rather than more working employees. Creating “thinking employees” seeking for better ways of conducting business is the most important factor in our human resource policy. Moreover, we look after our employees’ satisfaction by taking a poll on personnel satisfaction at least twice a year. Fitting the man to the job and not the job to the man is our priority.
